Meet the Owners

Our Story

Over 30 years ago, our journey began with a simple act of service: helping neighbors in the community fill out paper tax forms by hand. Driven by a lifelong passion for numbers and a strong background in financial and administrative operations, launching a business was a natural next step.

In 1999, that dream became a reality with the opening of RAB Notary and Printing Services—though the unprecedented economic shifts following the events of 9/11 forced those doors to close. Life soon brought unexpected personal and health challenges, leading to a long period of disability. Yet, through every obstacle, dedicated clients remained, trusting in that same reliable service year after year.

Inspired by the rise of remote work during the pandemic, a new vision took root—one grounded in faith, resilience, and a deep commitment to community. That passion for empowering others was born from working under my late adopted father and biggest cheerleader, Bishop Albert A. Belton. His influence instilled a lifelong mission to support individuals and aspiring entrepreneurs in low-income communities—helping them launch their own business

Built on Resilience

Helping Small Businesses Build Stronger Foundations for Lasting Success

Starting step-by-step with an EIN in 2023, expanding hands-on expertise through seasonal tax preparation work with Intuit, and building modern virtual operations, the message became clear: a disability does not mean the end of a dream.

This year, Taras officially joined as a business partner. Bringing decades of experience in manufacturing and industrial operations as he prepares for retirement, he joined forces with Rhonda to turn a personal practice into a public family business. Today, R.A.H. Business and Tax Services LLC stands as a testament to perseverance.

We are dedicated to helping small businesses and startups thrive by taking the burden off their shoulders—managing not only taxes and bookkeeping, but the essential behind-the-scenes administrative groundwork, registrations, and operational structure needed for lasting growth.
